Designs Non-Disclosure

• Client work may be displayed in the company portfolio.
• Designs can be removed upon request only if the customer qualifies as a premium client (minimum USD 6,000 in three separate orders).

Clothing Marketing Policy

• The company may promote clients’ clothing brands and share their public contact information to mutually support business growth.

Confidentiality

• Client records are confidential and shared only with authorized agents, suppliers, or legal authorities.
• Clients may request copies of their records with notice.

Shipping & Delivery

• Primary couriers: DHL, FedEx, and Skynet, with others used when needed.
• Delivery times vary by service and location.
• The company is not responsible for guaranteed delivery or lost shipments.
• Lost shipments require clients to repay production and sometimes shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled only within 2 days of payment.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled after this window, during production, or after shipment.
• If a client does not approve a sample within 30 days, the order is canceled withsetup charges deducted.

Delivery Delays

• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• The company is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, closed locations, or courier issues.

Refund Policy

• No returns or refunds for custom-made products.
• Changes are allowed before sample approval or after shipment (with additionalshipping costs).
• Pictures or video confirmation can be requested before approval.

Fabric Specifications

• Full fabric customization is available.
• Small orders use market-available fabrics that closely match specifications.
• Exact custom fabric blends require a minimum order of 1,000 pieces.

Production Timeline

• Turnaround time starts after the client approves the order summary.
• Production delays may occur due to communication gaps or fabric issues.
• 17 business days is only a rough estimate.

Shipment Approval & Storage

• Finished goods can be stored free for 15 days; after that, $50/day storage fee applies.
• If the customer doesn’t approve shipment in time, the company may ship without approval.
• Orders unclaimed for 2 months are canceled without refund.
